Matched to an existing contact by phone or email, or a new contact is created and flagged for the office to check. Responses sit on their profile.
Your office can see that a form arrived and act on it. Only the people you name can read what it says — and that includes admins. Being the most senior account grants no access at all.
Once a form has responses, that circle can only be narrowed, never widened. The people who filled it in relied on the promise you made them.
Mark a question so that a particular answer brings emergency numbers onto the screen straight away — before they even submit. An email is not a safety net for someone in crisis at two in the morning; a number they can press is.
